Senior Financial Analyst
Duties/Responsibilities:
Analytical responsibility for a portfolio of credits.
Produce high quality research of market events and trends.
Contribute, as required, to special market reports.
Conduct comparative analyses.
Preparation of detailed rating analyses based on Ratings Agency's criteria and presentation to a rating committee.
Meeting with companies and professionally representing Ratings Agency to the client.
Requirements:
Degree qualification is mandatory.
Good knowledge of current insurance market issues through exposure to an insurance-related environment such as an insurance company, insurance broker, consulting company, actuarial or accountancy firm.
Good knowledge of non-life insurance industry.
Good understanding of the mechanics of insurance companies and how key business functions operate.
Ability to respond to market developments or potential rating events in a timely manner.
Good quantitative skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to professionally represent company to clients.
Strong communication skills, including report writing.
Efficient time management and effective task prioritisation skills.
European language skills preferred (French)
